This free and downloadable Educator’s Guide to Dawoud Bey: Elegy, on view at NOMA now through January 2026, features resources that can be used during visits to the exhibition, as well as in post-visit lessons and activities in the K-12 classroom. Featured classroom activities, resource lists, and reflective questions ask students to consider the relationship between landscapes and history, especially in the context of America’s history of slavery.
