East of the Mississippi: Nineteenth-Century Landscape Photography marks a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to view more than one hundred images of the eastern United States in the earliest decades of photography’s invention. The exhibition will be accompanied by numerous lectures, gallery talks, noontime tours, and a movie series highlighting landscape in film.
