DESCRIPTION:Join NOMA for a new series of virtual workshops that focuses on mindfulness\, creativity\, comfort and reflection. NOMA Reset programs provide a much-needed infusion of relaxation and wellness by engaging our collective and individual wellbeing.\n \nIn Zen\, ensō is a circle that is hand-drawn in one or two uninhibited brushstrokes to express a moment when the mind is free to let the body create. It is characterized by a minimalism born of Japanese aesthetics.\n \nThis workshop will be led by Rose Bratcher who is an ensō painter and a monk at the New Orleans Zen Temple.
