All venues include free parking, security detail, wheelchair access, a facility manager for the duration of the event, and three hours set-up time. NOMA does not provide food, beverages, tables, chairs, or other equipment. A suggested list of preferred and approved vendors is available.

Entire Museum Interior

  • Available Monday – Thursday, 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • Available Saturday and Sunday, 6 p.m. to 12 a.m.
  • Three hour minimum use of the museum’s interior with approved spaces for set-up
  • Indoor venues available for set-up include the Freeport-McMoRan Great Hall, the McDermott Lobby, and five first floor galleries
  • The museum stays open for guests to view the collection
  • Capacity: 1,200 guests
  • Over 100,000 square feet

Sydney and Walda Besthoff Sculpture Garden

  • Located adjacent to the museum
  • Available for an additional hour when you rent the museum
  • Available without the use of the museum
  • Over 12 acres of landscaped garden

Woldenberg Board Room

  • Available for full-day, half-day, and evening rentals
  • Located on the second floor with expansive park views
  • 4 inlaid wood tables seat 12 guests per table
  • Seated: 48 guests
  • Standing: 70 guests
  • 1,200 square feet

Stern Auditorium

  • Available for full-day, half-day, and evening rentals
  • Located on the first floor
  • Theater-style seats, stage, large screen, projector, podium, microphone, PC computer, and a Blu Ray DVD player
  • Seated: 220 guests
  • Over 2,000 square feet

Freeport-McMoRan Great Hall

  • Available Monday – Thursday, 6 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
  • Three hour minimum use of the Great Hall
  • Capacity: 200 guests seated
  • 3,365 square feet
